UK Report Reveals 250,000 White Girls Targeted in Systematic Gang Rape Campaign

A newly released independent investigation has documented the systematic sexual abuse of at least 250,000 white girls across the United Kingdom by organized grooming gangs.

The report, titled “Rape Gang Inquiry Report” and published on June 16, 2026, was conducted by Rupert Lowe MP and led by survivor Sammy Woodhouse. The inquiry found that gangs primarily composed of men from Pakistani Muslim backgrounds have systematically targeted vulnerable young girls as part of a coordinated campaign beginning as early as age 11.

According to the report, perpetrators used gifts, drugs, and alcohol to groom victims before subjecting them to group rapes, violence, blackmail, pregnancies, forced conversions, and trafficking. The investigation identified that 87–95% of convicted perpetrators in group-based child sexual exploitation cases were Muslim, with gangs operating across 149 local authority districts throughout England and Wales.

The report states these groups functioned under an honor-and-shame clan code that treated non-Muslim girls—particularly White working-class girls—as property to be exploited. Victims were labeled “white trash” and subjected to severe physical and emotional abuse.

Further, the inquiry documented how UK institutions including police, social services, schools, and the NHS catastrophically failed victims by denying reports, criminalizing survivors, destroying evidence, and prioritizing political correctness over child protection.

The report also references a separate incident in Cambridgeshire where a three-year-old boy was thrown into a crocodile enclosure at a family-run zoo. Police have arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder.
