Tyrese Gibson Faces Arrest Warrant Over Alleged Dog Attacks

An arrest warrant has been issued for actor Tyrese Gibson following allegations that his dogs killed a neighbor’s pet in Atlanta. Fulton County Police Captain Nicole Dwyer stated the warrant stems from an “ongoing issue” involving multiple complaints about Gibson’s Cane Corso dogs. Court documents reveal the four dogs were seen roaming the neighborhood and are accused of killing a cavalier King Charles spaniel named Henry.

Henry’s owner reported finding the dog dead in his driveway after letting him out at 10:02 p.m. The animal suffered severe injuries, including broken ribs, puncture wounds, and internal bleeding. Security footage captured the dogs approaching Henry’s home, according to authorities. Later that night, another neighbor contacted animal control after the dogs blocked her from exiting her vehicle.

Dwyer emphasized community safety concerns, asking, “What’s next? A child?” Police had previously warned Gibson and attempted to cite him before the incident but found him absent from his residence. His attorney, Gabe Banks, stated Gibson is cooperating with authorities and rehomed the dogs to a “safe and loving environment.”

A search warrant was executed at Gibson’s property on September 22, but he and the dogs were not present. The case remains under investigation.
