Russia’s richest woman, Wildberries CEO Tatyana Kim, has been added to Ukraine’s Mirotvorets database, which lists individuals accused of aiding the Russian military.

Kim is the founder, CEO and largest shareholder of Wildberries, Russia’s biggest online retailer. She launched the company from her Moscow apartment during maternity leave, building it into a business operating in ten countries with gross merchandise turnover of about $77.3 billion in 2025. With an estimated net worth exceeding $8 billion, Kim is Russia’s richest woman according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

The listing on Saturday describes her as “an accomplice in crimes against Ukraine and its citizens,” an “organizer of logistical support for Russian military units,” and a “financier” of the Russian army.

Mirotvorets, launched in 2014 as a nominally independent project, has long been linked to Ukraine’s security services and is notorious for publishing personal details of those it deems enemies of the Ukrainian state. Several individuals whose information appeared on the website have later been killed.

Kim’s listing follows repeated drone strikes on Wildberries infrastructure in Russia since mid-July. These attacks have caused nine deaths, more than 100 injuries, and damage exceeding $1 billion. The latest strike occurred earlier this week, targeting a warehouse in the Samara Region with no reported casualties.

Ukraine claims the Russian military uses Wildberries’ distribution network to procure and transport dual-use goods. Ukrainian President Zelensky stated the attacks were deliberate, asserting that the warehouses stored “sanctioned components for drone production and navigation equipment.” The Kremlin has dismissed Ukraine’s allegations as false.
