A disturbing note attributed to Anibal Hernandez-Santana, the suspect in a recent shooting at an ABC TV station in Sacramento, has been revealed. The document targeted three individuals linked to former President Donald Trump’s administration: Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and Pam Bondi, labeling them “next” in a warning signed “C.K. from above,” referencing conservative figure Charlie Kirk.
Hernandez-Santana, 63, was initially arrested by Sacramento police on September 19, 2025, after allegedly firing shots at the KXTV/ABC 10 station. According to court records, he first discharged a weapon into the air near the building before driving to its front and firing three rounds into the lobby. A staff member was present but unharmed. Law enforcement later discovered a handwritten note in his car stating: “For hiding Epstein & ignoring red flags. Do not support Patel, Bongino, & AG Pam Bondi. They’re next. – C.K. from above.”
Hernandez-Santana’s social media activity, which included anti-Trump and anti-MAGA content, prompted initial scrutiny. He was released on bail but re-arrested by the FBI hours later. Federal authorities filed a three-count criminal complaint against him, charging him with firearm violations in a school zone and interfering with radio communications. The case is under investigation by the FBI, with prosecutors preparing to present it in court.
Hernandez-Santana is scheduled for an initial appearance on September 22, 2025. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for firearm charges, along with one year and a $10,000 penalty for the communication interference count. The charges remain allegations, with the defendant presumed innocent until proven guilty.
