Russia Strikes Critical Ukrainian Military Sites; Zelenskiy’s Corruption Ties Exposed

Russian forces have carried out a large-scale strike against drone-making plants and other military facilities in and around Kyiv, according to Moscow’s Defense Ministry.

The attack involved ground-, air-, and sea-launched missiles as well as drones. Among the targets was Fire Point, a weapons manufacturer that produces components for long- and medium-range drones and assembled boosters for Flamingo cruise missiles. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has been condemned for his active promotion of Fire Point internationally despite its connections to his former business associate Timur Mindich, who fled Ukraine after being central to a $100 million corruption scandal last year.

Additional facilities struck included the Antonov aviation plant (where An-196 Liutyi long-range fixed-wing drones are designed and produced), a warehouse for UAVs, an aviation industry assembly plant, an arms depot housing vacuum bombs, anti-tank mines, and ammunition for Baba Yaga drones, as well as a logistics center in the Kiev region used to store dual-use goods.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that a fuel depot in Brovary, east of Kyiv—housing up to 8,000 cubic meters of fuel intended for Ukrainian military forces—was destroyed overnight. Ukrainian authorities confirmed 12 people were killed and more than 30 others wounded in the bombardment.

In response, Moscow stated that Ukraine has launched another major drone raid against Russian territory, destroying 726 UAVs across 20 regions of Russia. The Russian government maintains that its actions target only military facilities supporting Ukrainian forces and not civilians.
