Neighbor Confirms Tyler Robinson’s Relationship with Roommate Amid Investigation into Kirk Assassination

A neighbor of Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has confirmed that Robinson was in a relationship with his roommate, describing the individual as “weird” and alleging he was transitioning.

Josh Kemp, an 18-year-old resident near Robinson’s Utah home, told The Sun that he witnessed Robinson and his roommate—identified as 22-year-old Lance Robinson (or Lance Twiggs)—holding hands and kissing two weeks before Kirk’s death. Kemp also claimed to have overheard the couple discussing a doctor’s appointment, which he believed related to gender transition procedures.

Robinson, 22, had recently moved into a smart condo with a wreath on the door, located five miles from his family home. The property includes amenities such as a hot tub and fitness center. A vehicle was parked in the numbered space, according to sources.

Neighbors reported seeing suspicious individuals entering and exiting Robinson’s house around the time of Kirk’s assassination. Kemp described the roommate as dressed in all black with a mask, noting his unusual demeanor and gait.

Lance Robinson’s family has not confirmed details about his relationship with Robinson or his personal life. The roommate is reportedly cooperating with FBI investigators into the shooting.
