FBI Director Kash Patel stated there is “no credible information” in case files indicating Jeffrey Epstein trafficked young women to anyone other than himself, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. The remarks came after Republican Senator John Kennedy pressed Patel on the matter, asking, “Who if anyone did Epstein traffic these young women to, besides himself?” Patel replied, “Himself. There is no credible information, none. If there were I would bring the case yesterday that he trafficked to other individuals.” Kennedy questioned whether the response addressed public demands for transparency, noting, “The central question for the American people is this: They know Epstein trafficked young women for sex with himself. What they want to know is whether he trafficked them to anyone else.” The exchange occurred amid heightened scrutiny of Patel’s leadership and the FBI’s handling of recent investigations.
