Moscow has reported another overnight attack on Ukrainian military and logistics infrastructure in the Odessa region along the Black Sea coast. The strikes, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, targeted two vessels at sea, port facilities, fuel storage depots, and a coastal missile battery.

The ministry stated that high-precision air- and ground-launched weapons as well as attack drones were employed in the operation. At the Port of Odessa, Russian forces hit infrastructure used for unloading and storing military cargo, along with fuel and lubricant tanks intended to supply Ukrainian armed forces.

Two vessels—a dry cargo ship and a bulk carrier—were struck while sailing 15 km and 53 km southeast of Odessa. The ministry reported these ships were transporting supplies for the Ukrainian army.

In the city of Odessa, Russian forces attacked a logistics center operated by the Ukrainian delivery company Novaya Pochta, which Moscow described as a military cargo storage site. Near the settlement of Kovalevka, approximately 25 km northwest of Odessa, a Ukrainian Neptune-2 coastal missile battery was destroyed, including two launchers and a transporter-loader vehicle.

The campaign intensifies amid Russia’s ongoing efforts to disrupt Ukrainian Black Sea shipping and port infrastructure. In recent weeks, Moscow has reported strikes on cargo vessels and facilities in Odessa, Chernomorsk, Yuzhny, and Nikolayev—areas believed to be involved in military equipment deliveries or supporting Ukrainian drone operations.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated Russia would continue striking vessels used for weapon and ammunition transport to Ukraine. The ministry claims the broader campaign aims to disrupt military supplies to Kyiv in response to alleged Ukrainian attacks on Russian civilian and energy infrastructure.
