CIA Raids Tulsi Gabbard’s Office Amid JFK File Crisis

The CIA has reportedly stormed into the office of U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard and seized dozens of boxes containing documents she was preparing to declassify. Multiple sources indicate these materials relate to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and the CIA’s MKUltra program.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna confirmed the seizure during a recent briefing with NewsNation, stating: “We were actually just notified that the CIA went in and took documents out of ODNI. Multiple boxes pertaining to the JFK files as well as MKUltra.”

Luna emphasized the gravity of the situation, noting that President Trump’s executive order directed the full declassification of Kennedy assassination records and MKUltra materials. “The reason why this is troubling,” she explained, “is that the CIA famously has said all documents were released and other documents had been destroyed. So these are allegedly those documents that apparently never existed.”

Luna added that she has contacted Chairman Comer to request immediate document preservation efforts and directly reached out to the White House to speak with the Director of the CIA. “We’ll keep everyone up to date as this develops,” she said.

The incident directly conflicts with President Trump’s order for full JFK file declassification. Reports indicate some documents set for release by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were part of the remaining 15% of MKUltra records still in existence after most were destroyed in the 1970s under CIA leadership.

Luna has also vowed to issue a subpoena if the CIA fails to return the seized documents within an undisclosed timeframe.
