Tulsi Gabbard’s Husband Abraham Now Cancer-Free After Life-Saving Surgery

Earlier this year, former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s husband Abraham was diagnosed with a rare type of bone cancer called sacral chordoma.

After he was diagnosed, Gabbard made the decision to leave the Trump administration in order to support him through this difficult time. She officially stepped down from President Donald Trump’s Cabinet at the end of June following her May resignation announcement.

But now, by the grace of God, Abraham is cancer-free! The surgery he had was successful, and he is now in physical therapy. He will still need frequent MRIs to ensure the cancer does not return.

In an emotional video uploaded on social media, Gabbard provided a thorough update on Abraham’s battle with cancer and shared clips from his recovery. She explained that “a few weeks after the surgery was done, the pathologist and doctors said they were confident they removed all of the cancerous bone and tissue.” She added that “almost three months later, he has started a rigorous physical therapy program.” Gabbard noted that while Abraham sometimes becomes frustrated because he wants progress faster, he is making significant strides. However, she emphasized that “the battle isn’t over yet.”

At the end of her video, Gabbard expressed gratitude: “We are so grateful to God for His unconditional love, for being our shelter, for being our peace and our strength.” She also thanked the doctors, the surgeon, the pathologist, the anesthesiologist, and all who shared prayers and well wishes.
