After four years of attempting to convince Americans to disregard their own perceptions about Joe Biden’s apparent cognitive decline, Democrats have seemingly become adept at diagnosing presidential illnesses following President Donald Trump’s return to office.
Just days ago, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker (D) accused President Trump of “suffering from dementia” during an appearance on CNN. When anchor Kaitlan Collins questioned Pritzker about recent comments by the president—such as asserting that communism poses a greater threat to the United States than both world wars, Pearl Harbor, and the September 11, 2001 attacks—Pritzker stated: “Look, the man is continually suffering from dementia. I don’t think he really understands what he’s saying. The truth is that this is a man who’s threatened to jail the mayor of Chicago, the governor of Illinois. He regularly threatens to go after people and has indeed used the Department of Justice to target individuals.”
Pritzker added that Trump “comes up with concepts in his head and blurts them out without really thinking.”
In response, White House spokesperson Davis Ingle labeled Pritzker “a slob and an incompetent governor who pushes blatantly false narratives like this in a desperate attempt to stay relevant.”
The White House has also defended President Trump’s health, stating that unlike the Biden administration, Trump and his team have maintained full transparency about the president’s condition, which remains exceptional.
Additionally, Trump recently reinforced warnings about socialism’s growing influence within the Democratic Party after several socialist candidates secured primary victories, indicating an increasing acceptance of far-left movements within the party.
