FBI Disrupts Alleged 23-Person Terror Plot Targeting White House UFC Event

The FBI has disrupted an alleged terror plot targeting President Trump’s White House event on June 10, 2026, according to a federal criminal complaint filed in the Southern District of Ohio. The operation involved a network of 23 individuals who allegedly planned coordinated attacks using drones and snipers.

In the affidavit, one individual identified as Tycen Proper is described as having become increasingly isolated from his family and spending significant time communicating online with unidentified persons. His family reported that he made statements sympathetic to Adolf Hitler and posted anti-Semitic content on social media platforms.

On June 11, 2026, law enforcement executed a search warrant on Proper’s Apple iPhone, which had been seized by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. The device contained encrypted communications in Signal groups that detailed plans for an attack in Washington, D.C., including maps of the National Capital Region and specific coordinates for drone launch sites and sniper positions.

The affidavit states that Proper admitted to planning with others a coordinated attack against U.S. government targets during the event scheduled for June 14, 2026. The alleged plan involved staging a demonstration near the White House, deploying small unmanned aircraft laden with explosive devices over the north side of the UFC venue, and then having members act as snipers to target attendees and high-value individuals fleeing the area.

The attack was intended to “jumpstart” a revolution in the United States by creating chaos during the event. Federal authorities confirmed that the threat was detected and neutralized before the planned date. Proper is currently charged with conspiracy to commit terrorism and other offenses related to the alleged plot.
